FarmGirl Country Terms, Shipping & Store Policy

Howdy, darlin’! Before you start clickin’ around and snaggin’ those cute outfits, here’s the lowdown. Think of this as our friendly handshake — you follow these rules, and we’ll keep the good times rollin’. 🌾

Orders & Payments

Sometimes we may need to cancel an order or fix a payment hiccup. If that happens, we’ll let you know quicker than a rooster at sunrise.

Prices, stock, and promotions can change faster than a prairie storm, but we’ll always do our best to keep y’all in the loop.

All orders are packed with love within 1-3 business days before bein’ handed over to Australia Post for delivery. Once your goodies leave the ranch, delivery times may vary depending on weekends, holidays, weather, and postal delays.

To keep your shopping experience safe and secure, payments are processed through trusted third-party providers powered by Shopify. We do not store your full payment details.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders remain open for 7 days before headin’ off to production. Estimated arrival dates will always be listed at checkout.

If demand is high, we may open another pre-order round with updated arrival dates — so keep your boots ready and your eyes peeled.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the pre-order item arrives. If you’d like your ready-to-wear goodies sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.


Your Part of the Deal

Please make sure your shipping and contact details are correct when placing your order — we’d hate for your treasures to end up at the wrong mailbox.

If you create an account with us, it’s your responsibility to keep your login details safe and secure.

Everything on this website — including photos, designs, branding, logos, product descriptions, and content — belongs to FarmGirl Country and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.


Rules of the Ranch

We’re all about good vibes around here.

That means no spammin’, scammin’, abusive behaviour, fake orders, unlawful activity, or shady business. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or disable accounts if folks aren’t playin’ fair.


Liability

We do our darndest to keep everything accurate and up to date, but occasionally mistakes happen. FarmGirl Country is not responsible for typographical errors, website glitches, pricing mistakes, or delays outside our control.

Once your package has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they are in transit.

Please note that colours and product appearances may vary slightly depending on screen settings and handmade details.

Return & Refund Policy

We want y’all grinnin’ ear-to-ear when your order arrives! If somethin’ isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:

Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Return Reasons

We accept returns for incorrect sizing, damaged items, or change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift card refunds are offered solely at the discretion of FarmGirl Country.
